1. General Terms and Conditions

Hiba Jee (operated by hibajee.link) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and across the world. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Hiba Jee and each user of the platform.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English version shall be considered final.

1.1 Definition of Services

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By doing any of the following, you will be considered to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions:

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use Hiba Jee's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements.

• You must register under your own name — opening an account in someone else's name or under a fictitious identity is not permitted

If a single individual is found to be operating multiple accounts, Hiba Jee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited funds or winnings. This policy is strictly enforced.

Keep your password and login details strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Age Verification & KYC

Hiba Jee takes the protection of minors from gambling very seriously and follows a strict age verification process.

3.1 Age Verification Process

Hiba Jee reserves the right to verify your age at any time after registration. Any one of the following documents may be required:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Scanned copy of the first page of your passport

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer)

To comply with security and financial regulations, hiba jee requires KYC verification for withdrawals above a certain amount. Withdrawals of large amounts may be held until the KYC process is completed.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Hiba Jee.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits are generally processed instantly or within 15 minutes
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Funds received from third-party accounts will be returned

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000+) may take up to 24 hours to process
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Hiba Jee complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification and, where necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hiba jee offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified amount — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a 15x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected (multiple accounts, use of VPN, coordinated betting, etc.):

• All bonuses will be forfeited
• Winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited
• The account may be permanently closed

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Hiba Jee.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the live cash-out feature is available)
• If a bet cannot be processed due to network issues, the amount will be automatically returned to your wallet
• Hiba Jee reserves the right to investigate wins placed at unusually high odds
• We reserve the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error

6.2 Sports Betting Special Rules

• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after the designated cut-off time before the match begins
• If a match is abandoned, all bets will be voided and stakes returned
• Winnings will be paid out after the official result is announced

6.3 Game Cancellation

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to technical issues, a power outage, or any other unforeseen circumstance, Hiba Jee reserves the right to void the bet for that round and return the stake.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hiba Jee platform and may result in account closure and legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false identity or fraudulent information
• Abusing the bonus system
• Using software or bots to place automated bets
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities on the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Cheating or harassing other users
• Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by hiba jee

Hiba Jee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Registering with false information
• Financial irregularities
• Being under the legal age

8.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Permanently closed accounts cannot be reactivated.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming due to addiction or personal reasons, please use the self-exclusion option. Contact our support team for assistance.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is our top priority. Hiba Jee will never sell your data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between hiba jee and a user will be resolved through the following process.

11.2 Step Two: Formal Complaint

If your issue remains unresolved after contacting support, you may submit a formal complaint. All complaints will be reviewed within 7 business days.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of hiba jee's licensing authority.

12. Changes to Terms

Hiba Jee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address
• Updated terms take effect 7 days after publication

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request that your account be closed.
